excellent book for beginners.
Have autoimmune illness with arthritis but found this very helpful. It helps tremendously and am able to do session morning and evening. Very glad I got this one.
Good book for Tai Chi fans. I thought it was a book on Wang Chung! I always mix the two up!
I have some videos on Tai Chi but this is much more portable as a quick reference rather than whipping out the dvd player. Well written descriptions.
I am in a Tai Chi class and was looking for supplemental material to follow at home. This has most of the forms I am learning (but not all).
This is a terrific little book. It is easy to understand and to follow the instructions. I love that it can be part of my collection.
